All thank you lists that were not picked up today, will go in the mail tomorrow! If you ordered a picture from the Sale they came in this afternoon so if you came early to get your list-you missed that! You will need to go back up to the extension office and pick that up.
Please pick them up as soon as you can and remember the office hours-M-F 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm.

GCYLS SALE UPDATE-All add-ons are processed and we want to give a HUGE THANKS to all of the Buyers & Add-on Contributors that supported our Youth this year! Your generosity is amazing and our young people are completely Blessed by it for sure!!

-Since all add-ons are processed that means invoices and paid receipts have been generated and were put in the mail today. If you have any questions please email us at [email protected] or call (863)227-3253. *Please note the number printed on the invoice is incorrect.

-Also generated were the "Thank You Lists" for all Exhibitors-including P*e Wees & special entities. This is the list you will use to send your thank yous and show your great appreciation. PLEASE NOTE: KEEP THIS LIST FOR NEXT YEAR to use for your Buyers Letters.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
These lists will be available MONDAY, APRIL 6th at the Extension office from 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm. They also will be available from 5:15pm-6pm. (Come to the back door of the Doyle Conner Building that faces the concession stand for the "after 5pm" time.)
Hint: This is also the day (4/6/26) all record books are due for 4H Exhibitors so don't forget!!!

If they are not picked up they will be mailed Tuesday. If your mailing address has changed since the Mandatory Meeting in August please email the correct address to [email protected] or message this page.

Today at 5pm is the deadline. You can drop off at the Extension office (remember the office is closed for lunch 12-1pm) or you can email your add-ons to [email protected].
Thanks so much to ALL who have generously supported our Exhibitors by buying animals and/or contributing add-ons!!

Good Morning! Just an update on add-ons! They are still being processed and since last week was spring break for most of our area we will extend the deadline until this WEDNESDAY 3/25/26! Please be sure to have all add-ons turned in by then so we can get the kids their thank you lists and all Buyers and add-on contributors their invoices ASAP!! JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER: If you plan to do add-ons please get them in by this Friday 3/20. Thank you lists for the Exhibitors and all Invoices/Paid Receipts will be mailed out after all add-ons are processed.

A HUGE "THANKS" TO ALL OF OUR BUYERS who helped to make the 2026 GCYLS Sale a HUGE SUCCESS! The Sale grossed over $500,000.00 before any add-ons are punched in-just the sale of animals alone! We cannot thank all the Buyers who participated in the Sale enough for their amazing generosity!!

If you did not get to purchase an animal or could not buy one this year but would still like to support our Youth, you can still do that by doing Add-On Contributions. I have attached all 9 pages of our Sale program so you can see the details, deadline, champions and all the names of the Exhibitors in each division.

The deadline to turn these in is FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2026! You can turn in your add-ons and payment by mail or in person to the Extension office. If you were a Buyer at the Sale and want to do add-ons also, you can email in your add-ons to [email protected] or use the options above as well and you will then be invoiced for your sale purchase and add-ons all together. All invoices will go out AFTER all add-ons are processed-usually at the end of March along with thank you lists for the Exhibitors.

Once again, we GREATLY APPRECIATE the support for all of our Glades County Youth Livestock Show Exhibitors!
