Every time the Supreme Court issues a "ruling" on "constitutionality" the result is a change to the U.S. Constitution by a simple majority of the lawyers in black robes.!!
Not exactly what the Founders had in mind. A change in the Constitution MUST be by 3/4ths of the States using the process of Article V.
As is, here is what we deserve for the States not holding an amendment convention in 237 years.!!!
Our Founders would be extremely disappointed from this lack of courage and discipline by our state legislatures.

It takes 3/4ths of the States to ratify any change or amendment to our Constitution, Right.?
In reality the Supreme Court has bastardized the Constitution with a simple majority (51%) of the 9 judges...
And now for the "BAD" news, Congress MUST comply with what that very same court decides on any "Constitutionality" rulings.
Any new bill that comes to the floor of either the House or Senate has to be within the guidance of the CONAN- Constitution Annotated by the Supreme Court Interpretation.
If it doesn't comply with the CONAN... it is DOA.
Make no mistake, the Supreme Court has changed our United States Constitution already...
And only a Convention of States can remedy those corrupt rulings.

A Very Good Day for the Founders’ Fix.!!!

Budget Session restriction of 2/3rds approval to allow assignment to committee was accomplished and today the Senate Judiciary Committee held the hearing.!!
With great Pro-Founders’ Fix testimony by several Patriot Supporters blowing away the usual & predictable Opposers.
The Anti-Article V statements that lacked any value of logic & history. Opposers were reading their scripts wrought with half-truths & conflation- a sad sight to see and hear.
The result was 5 Ayes with 1 more Aye vote not yet recorded.
Sound thrashing and on to the Senate Floor next.!
