If you’re age 50 or older, your voice matters. The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE), Workforce Colorado, iAging, and workforce partners across the state are conducting a survey to better understand the experiences of older adults navigating work, career changes, and job transitions.

The feedback gathered will help shape future workforce programs, policies, and opportunities for older workers across Colorado.

Participants who complete the survey will also be entered into drawings for gift cards. All responses are confidential.
