The Patrol Leader Council had a special workshop tonight focused on improving meeting plans and leadership during Troop meetings. This is the last event for the troop in 2023. Looking forward to next year’s meetings already.

Tonight we welcomed back Eagle Scout Alexander Weiss (Troop 74 Alumni) and Staff Sergeant Brian C. Mulvenna. They talked to the troop about the Marines and Alexander answered questions about his boot camp experience this past summer!

The honorable Mayor Matthew Kayne joined Troop 74 tonight. He discussed the Montville Twp government and how it operates to serve it residents. Scouts had the abilty to ask questions and learn about government.

June Court of Honor earlier in the month. Many scouts had rank advancement and merit badges awarded. We also installed our new SPL,ASPL’s, patrol leaders, scribe and Quartermasters. We also said thanks to our SPL Tony and his Pateol Leader Council. Thanks for a great year!
