What’s up, Couyons! I need your help! We got asked to make a jambalaya for the Kristi Hagood for Circuit Judge booth at the Fairhope Rotary Steak Cookoff next week. Does anyone have a BIG, cast iron jambalaya pot that we could borrow— the kind you cook over a boiler? Please and thank you!!!

It’s a beautiful day for a crawfish boil!! Y’all come on out to Halstead Amphitheater from 4-7pm to get the best tasting crawfish you’ll get this season, all while supporting local Baldwin County students who attend LSU!! Wear your dancing shoes because Johnny Hayes is playing on the stage! Please don’t forget to pack your BYOB coolers and lawn chairs.

Happy Good Friday, friends! Today we would like to thank Cardiology Associates for their generous support of the "Boil on the Bay". Many of these physicians are LSU grads, and we sincerely appreciate their continued support year after year!

Hey friends!! If you love boiled crawfish, please consider coming out on Saturday, April 11th to Halstead Amphitheater in downtown Fairhope for the "Boil on the Bay" from 4-7pm. This event raises scholarship money for our local Baldwin County students who attend LSU.

We hired the BEST boiler in South Louisiana (Johnathan Reynolds) who'll be hauling fresh, live Louisiana crawfish to boil on-site. The Johnny Hayes Band will be playing on stage. It's BYOB, so pack that cooler up with your favorite beverages (adult or otherwise!) and bring your lawn chairs too!

It's a true family event-- We have plenty of games for the kids, like crawfish races, co****le, giant badmitton, and every kind of sports ball imaginable from my boys' own stockpile. And if the kids aren't crawfish fans, we have hamburgers and hot dogs too!
