CALL FOR ARTISTS: Donate to the Montrose Art Crawl Scavenger Hunt!

Each month during the Montrose Art Crawl, participants search downtown for hidden pieces of art as part of our popular scavenger hunt. We’re looking for up to 20 unique art pieces to be donated for June's hunt!

Donated artwork will not be returned—the lucky participants who find the pieces get to keep them. This is a great opportunity to share your creativity with the community and bring a little surprise and joy to Art Crawl visitors.

Artwork must be submitted by June 9 and delivered to Jeanette Oslund at City Hall.

The scavenger hunt is limited to 20 pieces, so don’t wait—donate your unique piece today!

We’re honored to announce that LFMG Music Academy has been selected as a recipient of the 2026–27 Equity in Arts Learning for Colorado Youth Grant through in collaboration with the , , and !

This investment in youth arts education will allow us to launch RockLab completely FREE for youth beginning next school year. 🎸🥁🎤

RockLab will provide students with access to hands-on music education, band development, songwriting, recording, performance opportunities, mentorship, and creative collaboration in a safe and inspiring environment.

We’re grateful to be part of a statewide movement expanding equitable access to arts education across Colorado and empowering young people through creativity, culture, and self-expression.

Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in our mission and the power of music to change lives. The future of RockLab starts now.

DART staff are proud to celebrate renewed National Main Street Accreditation through Main Street America! 🎉 This recognition reflects the dedication of local businesses, volunteers, property owners, community partners, and residents who continue working together to strengthen Montrose and build a vibrant, connected community for the future.

To receive accreditation, Main Street programs must meet rigorous national standards focused on community engagement, preservation-based economic development, organizational capacity, strategic planning, and measurable impact in downtown revitalization efforts.
