K-Kids is a Kiwanis Service Leadership Program designed for elementary school students. Meetings take place on the second Tuesday of every month from 4:30 to 6 PM at South Montrose Community Church, starting on October 13th, and are supported by the Montrose Area Kiwanis Club. If you're curious and would like to find out more, feel free to reach out!
K-Kids are making a difference by creating cards for Veterans Day, collecting food for Feed-A-Friend, crafting Christmas cards for seniors, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, hosting a pajama party, and organizing a scavenger hunt at Montrose Library.

Did you hear that registration for the Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Montrose, PA is now open? Join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026! Whether you choose to walk or run, your participation supports a great cause, and we invite everyone to cheer from the finish line. After completing the race, stay with us for a special ceremony on The Green, where we celebrate our community and honor those we remember.
The Stephen Siller "Follow the Footsteps" Award is presented by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation at community events and Patriot Awards. It honors first responders, military personnel, and everyday citizens who embody Siller's 9/11 heroism and the foundation's mission to "do good".
2026 award ceremony honoring PSP Trooper Jenkins and Trooper Perechnsky, recipients of the Tunnel to Towers Stephen Siller "Follow the Footsteps" Award. Both brave troopers were ambushed and shot in the line of duty on August 7, 2025. Your presence will show support for these heroes and their sacrifices for our community. Join us for a fun and important event! The Montrose Kiwanis Club SMCC K-Kids are hosting a Basic First Aid class for children aged 6 to 12. This class will take place on Tuesday, June 12, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the South Montrose Community Church. Kathryn Bommer, a skilled Trauma Education and EMS Educator Coordinator, will lead the class. Everyone is welcome to attend for free! Please let us know if you will be joining us.
