Her own Pilates journey began after years of living with chronic pain. When Holly discovered Pilates, she found a form of movement that allowed her to strengthen and reconnect with her body without adding to her pain. What started as a personal tool for feeling better eventually grew into a passion, leading her to instructor training and a deeper understanding of intentional, sustainable movement.

When the opportunity arose to purchase Rebel Pilates Studio, it felt like a natural next step and a chance to create the kind of supportive movement space that had made such a difference in her own life.
