With our Selfie Challenge kicking off next week (be sure to post a picture each day—the more families that post, the more fun!)—we have more EXCITING news! Our HUGS ministry will have a class during VBS! Join us from 5:45-8 pm each night!

📣📣Each year during VBS, we collect a special offering for an organization. This year we will be supporting Be the Village. This organization equips & assists foster & adoptive families here in Kentucky. They have asked us to collect the following: Kids Tear Free Body Wash, Kids Tear Free Shampoo, Women's body wash and shampoo, hairbrushes and combs. These will go in Care Packs that will be given out to kids going into Foster/Relative Care.

On Saturday, June 10th, FCC Kids will host an event for our HUGS Ministry from 2 pm-4 pm. This event is for the entire family! It’s the perfect opportunity for parents/guardians to tour the space where their child will be while they are with us, as well as to meet our volunteers and check out our curriculum. Afterwards, we will have time on inflatables, games to play, and snacks.

HUGS—Help for Uniquely Gifted Souls is our ministry to welcome our friends with special needs. We believe that God made each of us special & He loves us all. We can’t wait to share the GOOD NEWS of Jesus with you beginning July 2nd during the 11 am service. Please reach out to us if you have any questions!

Hi guys,
I have had a family reach out to me for information.
They have a child diagnosed with autism who is going into kindergarten. They have been told by doctors in Cincinnati that the child really needs a one to one aide for school, but the school has told them that there will be an aide in the classroom but more than one special needs child. Since Taylor has not gotten to kindergarten yet, I wasn't able to help, does anyone have any advice for this family 🙄
