In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we've reached out to people in our community to create "portraits" of them, learn more about their stories, and to show you that you are not alone in your mental health journey. 💚

Who better to be our first portrait than Josie Heck, owner of Yoga Off the Square, and the speaker for tonight's mental health workshop on Breathwork and Visualization at KayBee Community Cafe! 💗 We love how one of the ways Josie likes to take care of her mental health is through helping others!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Kelly’s Accounting is here for it!!! The focus is on reducing the stigma, fostering community, and improving access to care. You will notice all sorts of green popping up in Piatt County this month!

Addison & Cassidee knocked it out of the park with our window painting! We all are doing our part to bring awareness!

Congrats to Dan and Anita for winning and a huge shoutout to them for showing up and prioritizing their mental health and how to support those in our community 🫶🏼
