Montgomery Flag Football Association We play a five-on-five game with no contact, filled with fun and action. Boys and girls are eligible to participate.

Grades K-2
Grades 3-4
Grades 5-6
Grades 7-9
Grades 10-12 (Pickup games; no coaches)

As we head into the beginning of the tournament season, Central Jersey Flag is looking for 10u girls interested in practicing to improve their flag football skills and join these three in order to compete in tournaments. If you know a "tenacious" 10u spread the word!
