Did you know C.H.A.N.G.E. hosts Senior Aerobics and Line Dance classes on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at Eastdale Mall?

Come move, exercise, have fun, and connect with others in the community! These classes are a great way for seniors to stay active, healthy, and encouraged.

Join us at Eastdale Mall from 8:30AM–9:30AM. We would love to see you there!
