✨ Easterseals Central Alabama welcomes the community to celebrate Older Workers Month in the month of September; acknowledging the contributions older workers make to our community!

As lifespans continue to increase, traditional ideas of retirement and working years are being redefined. Seniors are entering or re-entering the workforce in increasing numbers to bridge staffing gaps for employers, become more self-sufficient, and contribute to the economic wellbeing of their communities.
