Scott joined Trane in 2004 and serves as an Energy Engineer supporting the Comprehensive Solutions group. He has over 31 years of experience in commercial, industrial, municipal, health, and institutional settings. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, is a member of ASHRAE, AEE, and the USGBC Alabama Chapter.
Tony has worked in the Energy Industry for more than 25 years. He began that career at Alabama Power and has branched out into both energy project development roles and his current role in sales. He spent 5 ½ years as the Resource Efficiency Manager at Fort Rucker as part of a team that developed and implemented over $30 million in projects. In his current role, he works for Eco Engineering, one of the largest privately owned lighting retrofit companies in the country as Sales Director, ESCO market for the Southeast United States. Tony is a CEM, CEA and LEED®AP. He has a passion for energy work, but more importantly he has a passion for his roles of Husband and Father. If he has any time for hobbies, he loves all things on the water and woodworking.

Jared Armfield, Trane
Jared joined Trane in 2015 and currently supports the Comprehensive Solutions group as an Energy Engineer. Before joining Trane, he worked as a design engineer at a MEP consulting firm in Charleston, SC, where he was born and raised. Jared holds a mechanical engineering degree from Clemson University and is currently working towards his MBA at Auburn University. His experience includes mechanical, electrical, and lighting design as well as construction administration and project management. More importantly than any of this, Jared is a follower of Christ, husband to Caila, and father to Harper.

Derek is an Energy Service Representative at Central Alabama Electric Cooperative. He is a Certified Residential Energy Auditor with over 5 years experience in residential home auditing. He has a B.S. degree in Business from Auburn University in Montgomery, and a national member of AEE and Secretary of the Central Alabama Chapter since 2013.

Wayne Jackson, Alabama Technology Network
Wayne is the Environmental, Safety & Health Project Engineer for Alabama Technology Network. Wayne spends most of his time traveling the area training others in areas of OSHA, LEAN, and Energy Conservation. Wayne has over 25 years of experience in Energy Auditing all types of Commercial and Industrial sites as well as teaching and training. Wayne is a Certified Energy Auditor and received a Legends in Energy Award in November of 2012. Wayne currently holds the position of Vice President for our local AEE Chapter.
