Leadership Montgomery is hiring a Program Manager!
Do you have a passion for leadership development, community engagement, and creating meaningful experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, relationship focused professional to join our team.
As Program Manager, you’ll help coordinate our Legacy and Torchbearers programs—planning retreats and class days, working with community partners, and ensuring exceptional experiences for participants and alumni.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate program logistics and events
✅ Manage participant communication
✅ Build relationships with leaders and partners
✅ Support recruitment and alumni engagement
✅ Lead marketing, social media, and program promotion
✅ Ensure high quality program experiences
Ideal Candidate:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong communicator
• Passionate about leadership and service
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with diverse groups
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 + paid vacation and sick leave.
