Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes This is the official page for Lads to Leaders. It is maintained by the staff of the National Service

Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes is the oldest and largest leadership training program used by the churches of Christ today. It is a tool churches of Christ can use to help prepare their youth and adults for service in the Kingdom of God and help develop their overall leadership potential. Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes is more than just attending a youth rally or participating in a Bible Bowl. We offer a variety of Bible-based class materials and events for preschoolers through adults.

What a weekend for L2L! 🙌

Jon Podein visited Lomax Church of Christ to present Lads to Leaders, and we’re excited to have them joining us this year! Welcome to the L2L family, Lomax!

We also held our L2L Board meeting and the 2026 Zorn Speech Invitational, hosted with Faulkner University. A huge thank you to Faulkner for your continued partnership and all your help in making this weekend a success. 💙

We’re grateful for the churches and partners who make what we do possible and look forward to another great year!

We had a wonderful weekend of fellowship and connection!

We loved visiting Lenoir City Church of Christ as they kicked off their Lads to Leaders program. Roy Johnson was there preaching and helping get the program started. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We also enjoyed attending the L2L kickoff at Prattville Church of Christ as they prepare for another exciting year!

We're grateful for the churches and partners investing in the next generation and helping young people grow in faith and leadership!

What a day at Heritage Christian University!

Roy Johnson spoke in Chapel for their Lads to Leaders day, then enjoyed lunch and fellowship with president Michael Jackson.

He was also invited to join Dwayne Tapscott and Michael Jackson on their podcast to talk about Lads to Leaders!

We're so thankful for the opportunity and the great relationship we have with Heritage Christian University!
