Now Hiring: Arts Program Developer
Many Colors Arts Collective (Montgomery, AL)

We’re seeking a creative, skilled artist or arts educator to design a studio-based arts program for adults who are neurodivergent and/or cognitively differently abled.

This role focuses on real artistic practice building a structured, supportive studio where participants grow in skill, expression, and community.
Details:
• Contract (with potential for permanent part-time and potential to grow)
• Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM plus 4 flex hours per week
• $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience teaching structured arts instruction
• Brings strong artistic skill in at least one medium
• Can design engaging, adaptive, high-quality arts programming
• Values creativity, dignity, and collaboration
Experience with neurodivergent adults is a plus (or willingness to learn).

Christmas is a coming ….. So is the Many Colors Arts Collective’s Annual Exhibit and Sale Sunday, October 19, 2-4 pm. The Artist, Mentors, and Friends (Volunteers) have been busy all year creating masterpieces.

The Many Colors bed in the Holy Comforter Community Garden is in full bloom. The Artists planted sunflowers, peppers, and tomatoes in April. Today's harvesting produced sweet peppers which are donated to the Holy Comforter Food Pantry. Stay tuned for the currently green tomatoes to ripen into many colors.
