Cancellation Notice:
Dear AJA members and friends,
We regret to inform you that the Alabama Jail Association 2026 June Symposium has been canceled. After careful consideration and discussions with board members, it was determined that registration numbers were insufficient to proceed with the training. The decision is truly unfortunate, as the training provided at the symposium would have been invaluable to our agencies at an accessible cost. We extend our sincere gratitude to our 3rd Vice President, Shelia Threat, for her hard work in organizing this training event, as well as to the instructors and corporate sponsors who graciously offered to provide instruction and lunch.
Please spread the message to anyone you know that may have been registered or planning to register for the training. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
Refunds will be issued to all agencies that have registered attendees. Please contact a board member if you have any questions or concerns or if you have not received your refund.
