Hope arrived in the form of volunteers who traveled across the country to rebuild her home.

Two weeks ago, we received an email from a resident of Old Fort, NC. She wrote, "I wanted to write you and tell you thank you so much for your partnership with Adventures in Mission and everything that you guys do.... Because of what you guys do, I was able to meet people from all over the United States and God always sent me the people that I needed to pray with me to talk with me and I was able to pray with them."

We rarely get to interact with the homeowners and residents who are the ultimate beneficiaries of our ministry. So when one of them reaches out to say thank you or share their story, it makes us sit up a little straighter, dust off our shoes, and remember that they are the reason we exist. And YOU are part of that journey.

667 days later, it's time to bring home the trailers. One shower unit and four 16-bed bunk trailers will begin being demobilized on August 15th from .

We're so looking forward to the impact data from our partners at Adventures in Missions. Lots of homes repaired, lots of lives impacted. To God be the glory!

Today, -1 will be leaving Compassion United's campus in Conroe, TX, just two weeks short of three years of active service. We're not done serving Conroe's unhoused population, as ST-5 will be moved in to replace ST-1 while we help C.U. build their own shower trailer.

ST-1 will return to Missions Ranch and be put in the lineup for overhaul, behind ST-8 and ST-2.
