Tierra was a 37-year-old mother from Texas who died in December 2024 at 20 weeks pregnant after developing severe preeclampsia. Her family says she repeatedly sought an abortion as her health worsened, but doctors did not offer one. A new lawsuit filed this week alleges that Texas’ abortion laws played a role in her death.

Her story is a devastating reminder that abortion bans don’t exist in a vacuum. Tierra was more than a statistic. She was a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a person who deserved to come home. We say her name because this is exactly why we keep fighting for reproductive freedom.

Regarding the Wonder Woman auction, I’m not sure what happened. It was set to automatically start at 10am 6/3 and end at 10pm 6/7, today. For some reason it ended a day early, and I’ve been so busy, I didn’t realize it until this morning.
My apologies to anyone who had planned to bid today, and I hope to put another auction together soon.
Thanks again to those who bid and congratulations to the winners. If you haven’t already paid, you should receive an invoice shortly.
