August is almost over and maybe your mind is spinning on all the things you could have shifted to make it a better, more efficient month for you.

So lock in with me today and we are going to dismantle it!

1️⃣ FIRST:

Before you rush into September...

What successes did you see in August?

We are so quick to look at what we DIDN’T accomplish that we forget to celebrate what actually happened.

So before you start making your September goals, I want you to audit your wins.

Where did you say:

🔥“Sis… YOU DID THAT!”🔥

👉🏽Maybe you sent your biggest invoice yet.

👉🏽Maybe you finally launched the thing you’ve been talking about.

👉🏽Maybe you dreamed bigger, took the leap and bet on yourself.

👉🏽Maybe you had a hard conversation with your team or your family.

👉🏽Maybe you finally delegated something you’ve been carrying alone.

Those are wins, friend!

And they matter.

They are DATA.

They show you what worked.

They show you where momentum is happening.

They show you what you may want to do MORE of next month.

So grab your planner and ask yourself:

What were my biggest successes in August?

Write them down.

And don’t you dare minimize them or sweep them under the rug.

We’re starting this audit with the WINS.

The soft life is what we are all after…

But sis, sometimes leadership requires you to get up and do the hard thing.

You cannot delegate your vision.
You cannot outsource your leadership.
And you cannot build the life you want while constantly avoiding the work required to sustain it.

More freedom requires more ownership.

Let’s stop confusing ease with the absence of responsibility. There is a difference between creating margin and avoiding the work.

Leadership means learning how to carry the vision without letting the vision carry you.
