Members of the Bear den did their hike today. Didn’t see as much wildlife this time - but it was cool to see a heron come gliding down while we were on part of the Creek trail!

Hey, everybody! I wanted to let you know that tomorrow (Feb 1) at 2:30PM at the Ascension’s Joshua Commons we are holding the next committee meeting. At these meetings we make the plans for the pack’s overall programming, and more specifically what’s happening in the next couple of months. Last week the Bear den practically lost their marbles! It was madness! But they built a bag to corral them, played games, and learned some new terms!

The bear den has been steadily working on their Whittling adventure. Several of them have carved/whittled their first of two items already!

This is an excellent program to attend. It’s in Alabaster, costs $30, and this year is being run by an alum of Troop 1 Montgomery. Registration link in the comments.
