Fulton County Senior Assistant Solicitor General Miracle A. Williams will replace Fulton County State Judge Jay Roth after unseating the incumbent during the May 19 nonpartisan election.

"I believe this election reflected the community’s desire for not only experienced judges; but also balanced, and compassionate leadership on the bench that values both accountability and humanity," Williams told reporter Cedra Mayfield.
