✨ IMPERIAL SESSION 2026 — THAT’S A WRAP! ✨

Shaaban Court No. 126 traveled to Tampa, FL and made every moment count! 💕 From the business of the Imperial Court to fellowship, competitions, celebrations, and creating memories with Daughters from across the Domain, this Imperial Session was truly one for the books.

We are especially proud of the many ways SHAABAN SHINED! 🌟 Our Daughters stepped forward, accepted new honors, showcased their talents, supported one another, and represented the Oasis of Montgomery with grace and pride.

We laughed, we learned, we celebrated BIG, and most importantly, we experienced it TOGETHER.

We return home grateful for the experience, proud of our accomplishments, and excited for what’s ahead.

Tampa, you treated us well! Until next Imperial Session… Shaaban Court No. 126 is headed home with memories, milestones, and plenty to celebrate! 💕✨

Shaaban Court No. 126 is also proud to celebrate Dt. Shewonda Anderson on an AMAZING Imperial Session! 💕

Not only did she step onto the scene and officially debut her colorful, fun, and oh-so-sweet clown “Sugar Pop” , but she also showed up and showed OUT in the Egyptian Parade of Stars, bringing home FIRST PLACE!

From the bright colors and creativity of Sugar Pop to the elegance and detail of her Egyptian presentation, Dt. Shewonda represented beautifully! We are so proud to see our Daughter sharing her talents, stepping outside the box, and SHINING on the Imperial level!

Congratulations, Dt. Shewonda! Keep shining, keep creating, and keep giving them a little Sugar Pop! 🍭🎪✨

✨ IMPERIAL SESSION RECAP | A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS ✨

As we reflect on an unforgettable Imperial Session, Shaaban Court No. 126 extends our heartfelt congratulations to our newly elected Imperial Potentate, Dr. Corey Thomas of Shaaban Temple #103 ! 👏🏾🎉

With new leadership comes a renewed opportunity for unity, growth, and forward movement. Our prayer is that under his leadership, the Imperial Council and Imperial Court will continue to grow together, strengthen the bonds that connect us, and move collectively in a direction that honors our purpose and legacy.

Congratulations, Imperial Potentate Thomas. May this new chapter be one of collaboration, progress, and continued excellence and may God grant you wisdom, discernment, strength, and favor as you lead and serve.

📚📕🔥BACK TO SCHOOL🔥📚📕

We hope the students, faculty, and staff of our partnering school JAG High School and all of the local schools had an amazing first week back and are off to a wonderful and successful school year! 📚❤️

Just before the school year began, Shaaban Temple #103 and Shaaban Court No. 126 joined together for our 1st Joint Back-to-School Bash, and we are so proud of the impact we were able to make! Together, we served 200+ students from our partnering school and surrounding community. 🎒✏️

Students received clear backpacks, school supplies, hygiene kits, free haircuts and hairstyles, voter registration opportunities, and refreshments including hot dogs, fresh popcorn, chips, cookies, and water. The day was filled with fun, fellowship, service, and plenty of smiles!

And of course, we had to make #126 extra special! 💕 Our 126th student to enter the bash received an iPad tablet! 🎉📱

A very special thank you to Principal Brooks & his faculty and staff for the continued opportunity to partner with JAG High School and serve its students and families. We also extend our sincere appreciation to JAG Cosmetology for lending their talents and helping our students look and feel their best. ❤️

To every participating organization, volunteer, Noble, Daughter, donor, and community partner who gave their time, talents, resources, and helping hands**, THANK YOU!** It truly takes a village, and every contribution helped make our very first Joint Back-to-School Bash a success.

We are grateful for another opportunity to serve together, strengthen our community, and pour into our youth as ONE Oasis! Here’s to a great school year! ❤️📚

Oh nothing… just another month of service with our friends over at Diversicare! 💕👵🏽👴🏽✨

Our Shaaban Court No. 126 Daughters always look forward to our monthly Saturday BINGO visits, and August brought even more smiles, laughs, friendly competition, and sweet fellowship! 🎱💗

We came ready to call BINGO, but as usual, we left with our own hearts full. Spending time with our seniors each month is one of those simple acts of service that brings so much joy to everyone involved.

Until next month, Diversicare! 💕 We’ll be back with the BINGO cards and ready for another good time!

✨🌞 A TOAST TO ‘49 🌞✨

There is something special about sisters coming together, NOT for business, but simply for fellowship. ✨

Our Sisterly Bonding Committee did an outstanding job hosting a “Toast to ’49” as we celebrate the rich legacy of Shaaban Court No. 126, chartered on August 19, 1949. It was an evening filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, memories, and a deeper appreciation for the sisterhood we share.

Moments like these remind us that the strength of our Court is built not only through the work we do, but through the relationships we nurture. When we intentionally connect outside of Court operations, we strengthen our bonds, deepen our trust, and continue to E.L.E.V.A.T.E. together.

A VERY SPECIAL thank you to our Sisterly Bonding Committee Chairs: Dt. Iesha Brooks, Dt. Fikisha Banks, and Dt. Samille McDade and committee for continuously recognizing the importance of strengthening our sisterhood and bringing this beautiful vision to life. Your thoughtfulness, creativity, and dedication created an experience that reminded us why our bonds extend far beyond our meetings, they are the foundation of our Court.

We even had the privilege of having our Imperial Deputy for the Desert | HPIC Tomeka King to travel all the way to be with us (lol 🤭) as we celebrated her birthday and dedication to not only Shaaban Court, but to the Desert of Alabama.

Here’s to 77 years of legacy, love, and lifelong sisterhood, and to many more memories together. Enjoy these cherished moments below! 🥂
