We support writers at all stages through literary events and contests for students, writing classes for incarcerated youth, the Alabama Writers Hall of Fame, and book reviews. Founded in 1993, The Alabama Writers' Forum, Inc., is a partnership program of the Alabama State Council on the Arts, supporting and promoting Alabama's contemporary literary community.
