Hornet Nation is sadden by the passing of Bama State Alumnus Clarence Carter. The blues and soul singer-songwriter was best known for his hits “Strokin”, “Back Door Santa”, “Slip Away” and his Grammy award winning song “Patches”. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
