Thank you for all the great work you are doing in the River Region. We enjoyed your presentation at the Montgomery Lions Club today.

We are proud to celebrate Montgomery Regional Airport Executive Director Loyd L. Jenkins, III, who has been named the 2026 Face of Flying by CentrAL INC Faces of Montgomery magazine issue.

Since joining MGM in 2022 and stepping into the role of Executive Director in April 2026, Director Jenkins has brought his experience in aviation, public safety and leadership to help guide MGM into its next chapter.

From growing air service and modernizing our airport to strengthening the passenger experience, his leadership is helping keep MGM moving forward.

What a wonderful week at Riverfront Rendezvous with the Alabama River Foundation!

It was such a joy to see children and families experiencing the Alabama River up close and learning about water, safety, fishing, wildlife, conservation, and the incredible natural resources right here in our own backyard.

Events like this remind us of how important it is to connect our community to the river, to nature and to each other. We are so grateful for all the partners, volunteers, educators, and families who helped to make this year’s riverfront rendezvous, such a meaningful experience.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, helped out, and made this week special. Montgomery‘s riverfront is full of life, learning and possibility.
