We distributed turnip greens, collard greens, mixed salad lettuce, mustard greens, blue glaze collard greens, cilantro, oregano, dill, sage, zucchini, squash, swiss chard, speckled butter lettuce and onions at Our Children's Academy, Seton Haven Senior Apartments and the scholars of Valiant Cross Academy

Legacy Heritage is excited to distribute fresh farm-grown zucchini, squash and fresh salad greens through our Community Bloom Collective program to the scholars of Valiant Cross Academy

The Community Bloom Collective is a program sponsored by Legacy Heritage that connects communities with fresh food, agricultural experiences, and opportunities to build a lifelong relationship with healthy eating. We believe access to fresh produce is important, but knowledge is equally powerful.

Gardening is more than planting seeds — it is learning a skill that can nourish families, build confidence, and create healthier communities. We would be honored to teach sustainable agriculture and basic gardening knowledge so our scholars can learn how to feed themselves now and develop habits and skills that can support healthy eating for a lifetime.

Because when we grow food, we also grow futures. 🌻🥒
