Motivation Monday! 🌿✨

Congratulations to our very own Lydia Joy Williams on her promotion to Environmental Science Senior at the Alabama Department of Environmental Management!

Lydia also stays active in the community through the Metro Montgomery NAACP, Alabama A&M University Alumni Association Executive Board, Junior League of Montgomery, and Driving Forces Women Golf League.

Her advice to other young professionals: know that you deserve a seat at the table, be confident in what you bring, stay curious, and keep pursuing work you’re passionate about.

We’re proud to celebrate Lydia’s professional growth, leadership, and continued commitment to making an impact. 👏🏾
