Full Circle Moment Number 4 🙏🏽💫

A few months ago, while speaking at Central High School in Tuscaloosa, a young man named Jared White walked up to me and asked, “Can I pray for you?”

Before I could even process the moment, he began speaking over my life with so much confidence and sincerity. He reminded me that there was still so much ahead of me and so much more to come. I went there to pour into the students, but God used Jared to pour right back into me. That moment stayed with me. 💙

Imagine my surprise when Jared came to the Every Hornet Has a Story event at Alabama State University! He walked up to me, reminded me of who he was, and once again blessed me with his presence.

At the end of the event, Jared prayed with us. 🙏🏽

What are the chances that the same young man who prayed for me in Tuscaloosa would later show up at an event honoring our stories and close the experience in prayer? Nobody but God!

Jared reminded me once again that our young people are not just listening. They are called, they are aware, and they are already walking in purpose.

Thank you, Jared White, for allowing God to use you. Your prayers, your sincerity, and your presence meant more to me than you will ever know. This was truly a full circle moment. 💫💙

💛 Four Years of Jada’s Legacy 💛

Yesterday marked 4 years since Jada Jai Tyus-Thornton, Jada: Story of a Warrior, was released. 📖💛

I honestly don’t know how many copies have been purchased over these four years, but what I do know is that I am so incredibly grateful to GOD! 🙏🏾 He took a story born from love, heartbreak, faith, and perseverance and allowed it to reach people I may never have known.

To my family, friends, teammates, colleagues, and even complete strangers who purchased a book, made a donation to Jada’s favorite charity, Smile-A-Mile, or have been inspired, motivated, or encouraged by Jada’s story—THANK YOU! ❤️ Your support means more than words can express.

There is something I’ve learned over the past few years that I never expected. ❤️

I’ve sold books in airports, at speaking engagements, book signings, community events, conferences, and in cities all across the country. So many of the people who have purchased my book were complete strangers when we met.

It has shown me that sometimes the people who believe in your story first aren’t the ones who have known you the longest. Strangers can become supporters, encouragers, and yes, they can help change your life.
