In response to COVID-19, Congress passed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) – providing emergency paid sick leave and some parental leave protection to eligible employees. FFCRA went into effect April 2, 2020, and will last until December 31, 2020.

The FY21 Education Trust Fund Budget has passed the House & Senate. Now it goes to Governor Ivey's desk. The House voted 73-1 to concur with the Senate changes.
