We’re back for the 8th Annual Dental Clinic with Strong Tower Church!

Adult services are offered, with childcare on Friday while you’re being served, plus a fun family day on Saturday. Extractions and fillings are the main focus.

LifeSouth Community Blood Center will also be on-site, supporting our local hospitals with vital blood donations.

The free dental clinic will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, and Saturday, Feb. 21, at Strong Tower Church.

West Montgomery's backbone is full of examples of Black Culture and Achievements. From the churches that still stand to the community staples like Brenda's BBQ Pit. There are lasting imprints of both struggle and organized drive that keep West Montgomery moving towards sustainability and unity.

Organizations all through West Montgomery are working and standing together to create change that 50 years from now will be listed as important parts of the beautiful puzzle for growth.

We know you all have been looking for an update on the Rent & Utility Assistance. This may not be the news you were hoping for but as soon as we have any changes they will be posted here and the website.

For those unaware in 2025, we were able to distribute $30,000 dollars in rent assistance to our community members in need.

Before the month closes we would like to thank countless organizations and individuals for their support in 2025!

Strong Foundation is striving to build it's own solid foundation of volunteers, donors and resources for West Montgomery. And with the thoughtfulness shown our expectations were greatly exceeded!

There are also reading tutoring opportunities during the weekdays (early morning) to help our middle school children increase their reading levels and confidence.

Hey Facebook Family! Today is Giving Tuesday and I would love for you to support Strong Foundation so that we can continue to serve Montgomery, Alabama well. We have been able to work with middle schoolers to help them improve their reading levels. We were also able to distribute $20,000+ for those who needed assistance with Rental and Utility Assistance. In 2026, we would love to continue those services and host another Summer Camp that will alleviate childcare for 7 weeks during the summer for youth in the community.
