An important decision made by The Paul Rabil Foundation.
First, we would like to thank you for your ongoing support of The Paul Rabil Foundation. We sincerely appreciate your generosity and dedication over the years.
We wanted to inform you about our Board of Directors' important decision. After careful consideration and reflection, we have decided to dissolve the foundation and partner with the Premier Lacrosse League's nonprofit, PLL Assists. This strategic move will allow us to continue building lacrosse programs at schools in need, particularly those specializing in educating children with learning differences. This partnership is a natural fit and an essential next step in our mission.
The impact of The Paul Rabil Foundation has been truly remarkable, and none of it would have been possible without the steadfast support of partners like you. Your contributions have directly influenced our initiatives and programs, empowering and uplifting underserved communities through the power of sports and educational opportunities.
We want to ensure you know that all remaining funds and assets will be handled responsibly and in compliance with the laws and regulations. Our foremost priority is to complete any remaining commitments and ongoing projects to the best of our ability.
We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding this decision, and we encourage you to contact us at [email protected]. We are here to provide any further information or clarification you may need during this transition period.
Once again, we express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and belief in the mission of PRF. Your generosity has left a lasting impact, and we are proud to have had you as a valued member of our philanthropic community.
Thank you for standing with us in our efforts to make a positive change. The legacy of The Paul Rabil Foundation lives on through the countless lives it has touched, and we are grateful for your part in that legacy.
Sincerely,
Jean Anne Rabil
Executive Director of the Paul Rabil Foundation
