Update on this year's Camp UWC Program!
This year, the United World College's Camp UWC is running a weekend program for kids from the Las Vegas area. The theme? Worldly Wonders! Kids will have the chance to explore regions and areas around the world through a variety of hands-on activities. This will include an exploration of the ocean, the desert, the arctic, and space! The program is open to kids from Kindergarten to 8th grade, and will run from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, April 9th and Sunday April 10th.
Registration will open TOMORROW in the morning, at approximately 10 am. We will post the links to these forms on this page. Please be advised that we only have 50 spaces, so make sure to submit your application and medical information as soon as possible!
We apologize for not sharing this information sooner, but after finalizing some logistical issues, we can now share this updated information with you. As some of our returning parents may notice, the camp will no longer be a week long; due to scheduling conflicts, the program has been abbreviated to run for two days over a weekend.
*Note: parents filling out the registration and medical forms should understand that both forms must be submitted in order for your child to be considered. Additionally, your child is not guaranteed a spot when you submit the form. Once registration has closed, we will notify all those who have been accepted by post or email. If you do not receive such notification, please understand that your child has not been accepted due to lack of space in the program.
