All Kiwanis members have tickets for sale. You can comment here if you don't know who to ask about tickets and a Kiwanian will respond!

The Spaghetti Supper is on Tuesday, April 7.

You can pick up your plate to go from the Flint Area Housing Authority Community Room, 542 Richardson Street, Montezuma, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

The spaghetti supper includes spaghetti with (beef) meat sauce, salad, garlic bread and dessert!

Chief Eric Finch was our speaker for February 17, 2026 at the Macon County Kiwanis Club meeting. He was joined by several members of the Montezuma Police Department leadership team.

Chief Finch presented the Montezuma Police Department's 2025 Annual Report, highlighting major accomplishments, strategic initiatives, and the continued progress made in strengthening public safety across the City of Montezuma.

Chief Finch also addressed key laws that directly affect our citizens, emphasizing the importance of understanding how these laws shape our daily lives and our shared responsibility within the community.

A strong focus was placed on the development and revitalization of neighborhood associations—because when residents unite with public safety officials, we restore pride, strengthen unity, and create safer neighborhoods.

"When public safety agencies and citizens work together, we don’t just respond to challenges — we prevent them. Together, we build stronger neighborhoods and a stronger Montezuma and Macon County, Georgia."

Thank you Chief Finch for presenting such a great program to the Macon County Kiwanis Club!

Thank you to Cindy Gaskins from Jay's Hope Foundation for speaking to our club today. We learned about the important work they do supporting families and patients going through cancer treatments.

Rashida Jenkins, a Macon County resident, also joined us today. She is the mother of a child who is a cancer survivor - cancer free for 5 years, attending MCHS as a sophomore - and Jay’s Hope helped them get through this difficult season in their lives.
