Dear community: If you know someone in California who is 14-18 years old and would like to participate in a very amazing experience on June 16-22, please share with them the link below. Fully scholarship spots available, even transportation from/to Oakland to the Summit. The only requirement is to fill out the 2-part application on the website! Make sure to reference either Global Majority or Lejla when requesting the full scholarship.

Yesterday, the global Women's March showed the world the power of nonviolence. There were no arrests made a the Washington March, and people took a stand in places as far as Antartica.

It looks like 2017 is going to be a banner year for people power.

Crowds in hundreds of cities around the world gathered Saturday in conjunction with the Women’s March on Washington.
