Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Salary: $56000-$72435 (fully benefitted and union-represented)

Job Description: The position is for providing case management services to high-risk, high-utilizing members with acute and/or chronic psychiatric conditions. The job involves developing treatment and care plans for this specific population across the continuum of care. The role requires helping transfer patients to and from The County. Although the job has been designated as "inpatient case manager," it's essentially for our Medi-Cal patients. Initially, the volume of patients will be relatively low, which is why it's a part-time position. Please feel free to circulate this widely.

On March 28, 2023, the Monterey County Board of Supervisors, formerly proclaimed the month of March 2023 as “Professional Social Work Month” for Monterey County to join with the National Association of Social Workers, the NASW Monterey County Unit, and the more than 700,000 social workers around the nation in celebration and support of Professional Social Workers.
