National Charity League, Inc.- Monterey Bay Chapter NCLMB has 200 members providing hands-on volunteer service for 27 local philanthropic organizations. For more than 50 years, National Charity League, Inc.

(NCL) has thrived as one of the nation’s most distinctive and well-respected mother-daughter membership organizations. NCL is committed to the development of its members as leaders, and is dedicated to volunteerism and supporting philanthropies through hands-on activities in local communities. NCL holds strong the traditions of the past, which are honored through cultural education and awareness.

NCL, Inc. was established in Los Angeles, California in 1925, and incorporated in 1958. Annually NCL members from coast to coast volunteer more than one million hands-on hours in local communities. Who are the members of National Charity League? Members are mothers and daughters in grade 7-12 who are committed to the mission and vision of NCL and who believe in the organizations core values.

As we wrap up another wonderful year of NCL Patroness meetings, our hearts are full. We enjoyed a beautiful evening with appetizers and drinks at the lovely home of Jill, surrounded by friendship, laughter, and gratitude.
One of the most special moments was welcoming our new board members as they received their pink flowers — a meaningful tradition symbolizing encouragement and a warm welcome into their new roles for the upcoming year.
A truly touching moment of the evening was hearing our new president share heartfelt and emotional words of appreciation for our outgoing president. It was a beautiful reminder of the dedication, leadership, and friendships that make NCL so special.

We had a truly wonderful time at the NCL Senior Recognition Lunch 2026. The girls looked absolutely beautiful in their white dresses, making the day feel even more special. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—from the lovely table settings to the delicious food, drinks, and a charming charcuterie spread to start.
The highlight of the day was the heartfelt exchange of speeches between the girls and their mothers. It was incredibly touching, filled with proud moments, gratitude, and lots of happy tears. A beautiful celebration we’ll always remember.

As the Class of 2026 from National Charity League reaches this meaningful milestone, we celebrate not only their graduation, but the impact they’ve made along the way. This year, we say goodbye to these incredible young women whose dedication, kindness, and leadership have left a lasting mark on our chapter.
They’ve given their time, their hearts, and their energy to serving others, and in doing so, they’ve helped shape the spirit of what NCL stands for. While we will deeply miss their presence, we are so proud of all they’ve accomplished and excited to see the paths they will create moving forward.
Once part of NCL, always part of NCL—you will always have a place here.
