The levee breech and flooding of the Pajaro River in 2023 caused devastating damage to much of the Pajaro community, including the library housed in a National Register-listed mansion.
Monterey County stepped up. They undertook a major restoration program, respecting the building’s historic features. It is well on its way to reopening, a vital part of revitalizing the Pajaro community.
The annual meeting will also include board elections and an opportunity to renew your membership in person.
