In my capacity as Chairman of the LPPRD, I would like to report favorable news shared by Daryl Christensen regarding the tern rafts set up this year, which have attracted Common Terns and Forster's Terns to nest on two rafts each, demonstrating the effectiveness of our collective efforts.

As Chairman of the Lake District, I would like to extend my genuine appreciation to all those involved in the successful Fish Hatchery initiative, which yielded a remarkable release of 1,044,000 fry this year. Furthermore, I value the tireless dedication shown by individuals who contributed to the tern raft upgrade project, which involved replacing two existing rafts with three new pontoons and took considerable time to complete. As of today, all four tern rafts have been deployed.

Great Job Volunteers!
