Solar-powered technology keeps vaccines cold. Skilled vets treat injuries and illnesses. Domestic dog vaccination programs prevent rabies and distemper from reaching wild populations.

Every wag of a tail is a small victory for one of Africa's most endangered carnivores.

Education sits at the heart of conservation. When people learn about chimpanzees, pangolins, painted dogs, and the ecosystems they inhabit, something shifts. Knowledge becomes connection. Connection becomes care. Care becomes action.

That's why we bring Wildlife Conservation Camps to students in Uganda. Why we share stories about endangered species. Why we believe that understanding comes before protection.

The golden-bellied mangabey is one of the rarest primates in Central Africa, found only in a small region of the Democratic Republic of Congo. is home to the largest captive group of this species, all rescued from the illegal pet trade and being rehabilitated for eventual release.

Golden-bellied mangabeys are frugivores, spending much of their day foraging through the forest canopy for ripe fruit. As they eat, they disperse seeds across wide areas, helping forests regenerate and maintain diversity. This seed dispersal is critical in ecosystems where many tree species depend on primates to spread their seeds far from parent trees.

When infants are taken for the pet trade, they're removed from small, vulnerable populations that can't afford the loss. Every rescued individual that returns to protected forests contributes to both the species' survival and the health of Central African ecosystems.

JACK's rehabilitation work ensures these primates regain the skills they need to forage, navigate the canopy, and thrive in the wild. Our partnership supports this specialized care for endangered species like the golden-bellied mangabey.

Mountain gorillas live in tight-knit family groups led by a dominant silverback who makes decisions for the entire family, from where they sleep to when they move through the forest. Mothers carry their young for the first several months and stay close for years. Bonds between family members are deep and lasting.

There are just over 1,000 mountain gorillas left in the wild, found only in the forests of Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Every family group matters.

Areas like the Coral Triangle in the Pacific Ocean are under threat from overfishing and habitat destruction.

Known as the 'Amazon of the Seas,' the Coral Triangle is home to 76% of the world's coral species and supports over 120 million people who rely on its waters.

This incredibly biodiverse region can be preserved by reducing plastic waste and advocating for stronger marine protections.

By minimizing our carbon footprint, we can also help combat climate change and ocean acidification.

There's nothing quite like watching dolphins move through open water. No glass walls, no performed tricks, just wild animals living exactly as they should.

Sea turtles have been in our oceans for over 110 million years and can live 50–100 years. Today, six species still exist, but their survival is increasingly threatened by human activity.

Egg poaching, illegal wildlife trade, and habitat destruction are putting sea turtles at serious risk. Turtle eggs are often stolen from beaches and sold on the black market as food or for profit.

Raising awareness and supporting conservation efforts can help protect these ancient mariners for future generations.
