Very thankful for our Monte Alto Recreation Center Volunteers who don’t just volunteer in our local communities, but they also go to the Food Bank Of The RGV and Volunteer to help sort and prepare food to be given out at distributions throughout South Texas. God is so good and we give God all the glory.

This was from our Monte Alto Recreation Center Food Distribution this past Friday. It was an extremely hot day that caused us to have to stop the line twice for at least a five minute break to get our volunteers to sit for a while and drink some electrolytes. Thank God for keeping all the volunteers safe and that everyone made it through that hot day. If it were not for our volunteers, this would not be possible. Thank you to our supportive partners, The Immigration Coalition and the Food Bank of the RGV. All the glory to God and the next one should be at the end of June, but we will post it once we know the date.

Ya llegó el troqué de la comida, so vamos a empezar más temprano, probablemente que las 11. Los que quieran comida para que vengan y se pongan en fila porque esperamos empezar como a las 9:30 A.M. o las 10 A.M.

The Food Truck got here early so as soon as we are ready, we were gonna begin the FOOD DISTRIBUTION. If you wish to get in line already, we will likely start by 9:30 or 10 AM.
