Montclair Health and Wellness Partnership Promoting health in our schools for academic and life success

Now in its second decade, the Montclair Public Schools Health and Wellness Partnership is a grassroots consortium of parent/caregivers, community organizations and school staff, with 200 active members and over 2,000 in its database, who believe that health is integral to academic achievement and child/youth development. The Partnership works with the school district to coordinate the health serv

ices and education that the school district provides and, where needed, obtains additional resources. Its program is aligned with the Centers for Disease Control ’s research-based Coordinated School Health Program.
