Our new kittens from last week are settling in, healing, taking their medicine like champs… and eating like linebackers! All very important steps on the road to recovery.

Rusty was recently found and brought to Cameron Animal Rescue for help. Heartbreakingly thin, refusing to eat, and pulling his own hair out because he is so stressed and frightened.

We don’t know what his past held. But we do know that he loves attention- petting and cuddling. He likes walks- but he is so busy watching the person with him that he forgets what he’s doing. And he likes to cuddle with stuffed animals when people aren’t available.

We can’t promise he will be ok, but we’re going to do everything we can to help him heal. And most importantly, we will love him.

🐾 Meet Benji! 🐾

This adorable, happy little 11-month-old pup is looking for his forever home! At just 10 pounds, Benji would make the perfect addition to almost any family. ❤️

Benji previously lived with children and is currently being fostered in a home with 3 other dogs, who he spends all day playing with. He loves to run around and have fun, but he’s equally happy snuggling up on the couch and lounging by your side. Whatever you’re up for, Benji is too! 🐶

He is currently working on potty training and does well with corrections. Benji is being placed through Cameron Animal Rescue.

Meet Nessie she is a beautiful 6 month old French Bulldog foster girl who is officially looking for her forever home 🐾

This sweet little girl is full of personality, love, and puppy energy. She’s playful, cuddly, curious, and always ready to make you smile. Like every Frenchie, she loves being close to her people and thinks she should probably be involved in absolutely everything you do 😂
Nessie is in foster care with other dogs but will not do good with cats.
She is spayed, utd with vaccines and ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family who will love her forever. She deserves a home filled with patience, love, snuggles, and lots of toys and who will continue with her potty training
Also a fenced in backyard

Watching foster dogs leave is never easy, but seeing them find the perfect family makes it all worth it. Please share to help this adorable little nugget find the loving home she deserves 🩷🐶

Meet Benji! This happy little guy is looking for his forever home.

Benji is a friendly, playful boy. He has a medium energy level – he’s always happy to go for a walk or have a romp in the backyard, but he’s also calm in the house and happy to relax and look out the window. He has lived with children and loves other dogs. Benji has had some upheval in his life, and he can be nervous when initially meeting new people, but with a little bit of patience, he adjusts quickly.

Rescue work isn’t always pretty or cheerful. Sometimes it is 4 scared sick, tired, malnourished kittens that arrive unexpectedly.

These kittens are different weights/sizes, likely from at least two different litters. They are severely malnourished, have horrible upper respiratory infections, and bad diarrhea. Two will likely be blind, and we do not know whether they will all survive.

But for tonight at least they are warm, clean, fed, and medicated, and they can sleep well, knowing that they are safe.
