Alpfa Montclair ALPFA is a business organization for expanding opportunities for leadership in the corporate world.

Our mission is to link students with professionals within their field of interest. ALPFA is an association made up of business professionals and current students. Our mission is to link students with business professionals within their field of interest. We also help our ALPFA members with resume’ writing and Interview practices. Another important technique we help our members improve on is commun

ication skills. We want all our members to be able to have a professional conversation with business professionals without feeling intimidated or shy. Our main goal as an organization is to help every ALPFA member find a job or at least an internship by the time they graduate.
