We had a very successful third annual Spaghetti Dinner! 🍝 We also surpassed our attendee goal from last year! 👏 Thank you to all of the attendees, donors, and sponsors for helping support us!

Also, thank you to Fernside: A Center for Grieving Children for being present and speaking during our event.

Thank you to Daven Roberson for providing lively musical entertainment 🎶 for the evening.

Three.

As fun and heartwarming as our Spaghetti Dinner was (pictures to come!), this is the reason behind it all.

You couldn't wait (literally) to make your arrival, being the only Villari baby deciding to make your own entrance without assistance. Three years ago today, you were safe and snug in our arms. Healthy pregnancy. Healthy delivery. Healthy for the first three months you were born.

We were told what followed was due to a lightning strike of chances stemming from the common cold, and six days later you were gone.

Every year that passes is another reminder that you are no longer physically here. I find myself noticing other kiddos your age and wonder what you would look like now. How would our family look? What words could you say? What would your favorite things be?

As sad as these days are, I remind myself each passing day brings us closer together.

We will continue to remember and honor you.

Happy heavenly birthday my sweet boy. 💙 ⛰️ 🐞 ♾️
