At this time, the specific amounts for both certified and classified employees have not yet been finalized. Once calculations are complete, all employees will receive an email with additional details regarding their individual payment amounts.

Appointments are limited, and only available to those who are within 2 years of retirement or entering DROP. There is a link on the flyer for you to click to reserve a spot, which generates an inquiry to us upon submission. Once your file has being reviewed, someone will be in touch with you to select a time for your 30-minute IN PERSON Individual Counseling session at Monroe City Schools on 11/5/2025.
