🗣 To the citizens of Monroe of African-American Orgins ( Black folks in Districts 3,4 and 5) How many children and family members do we have to lose before we begin to stand up and speak out against this foolishness. Our children and families are being exterminated out here in these streets and it seems as though no one seems to care enough to stand up and speak out against it. Have we just accepted this as way of life, or can we do more to prevent these situations from happening so frequently. Black lives matter when it's white folks involved but shouldn't we hold the same value when it's us doing it to our own kind. We support negativity all across social media and down play ▶ anything positive but where is our future headed as race and a people. We need to and can do more for our culture if we learn how to set aside our differences and come together as one unit to make a difference. We have been standing and speaking on this subject for years, I even became a victim of gun violence myself and no one ever want to support us but yet and still we can see the results of what we are speaking about every day right here in our City. Putting up prayer hands 🙏 and sending our condolences on every tragic post is not enough to sustain the families of the victims of these murders. 2023 is the year for us to step up and stand against this epidemic that's reeking hovic on our children and families. Our voices is the most the most powerful weapon we you can use. Lets use it togather to make a difference in our community. Our fore fathers used their voices to get us the freedom we have today, now let's use our to protect ourselves and the people we love and care about. Our Organization will be hosting Stop the Violence meetings throughout through out the for mentioned community the whole month of July and we are asking for your help and support in our efforts. The only way to make a difference is to stand up and speak for your community. Come out Stand up and Speak. There's no reason to complain about the conditions of your neighborhood, if you are not going to tell those complaints to the people that can make a difference. This your opportunity! Take advantage of it!
