We have a tradition of awarding one scholarship to a graduating Monroe high school student each year. Sometimes we have had sufficient funds to award two scholarships. Due to the success of our fundraising efforts this year, we are proud to award FOUR scholarships.

Congratulations to our Scholarship Winners! Pictured left to right: Ritksha Patel, Julia Jankowski, Elliana Essenter, and Brianna Aristil. These students submitted compelling applications demonstrating their community involvement and service to others.

Congratulations to Masuk students who have demonstration the Rotary motto of Service Above Self! Melanie Ledee was recognized this week as February's Rotary Student of the Month for all her efforts in giving back to her community.

We also heard from three students who delivered their Rotary Four-Way Test Speech - a friendly competition where each student must give a 5-7 minute speech about a topic analyzed through the lens of the Rotary Four-Way Test. Congrats to Ryane Nelson, Delaney Judge, and our winner Ellianna Essenter, who will move on to the Rotary District Semi-finals!
