🚨 Upcoming Main Street Closure

Main Street will be closed between Franklin and Windsor Streets from the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. April 15 through April 17 (local traffic only) for the Water Resources Department to conduct a sewer system improvement project.

Should weather or unforeseen circumstances delay the work, alternative dates will be April 22 through April 24.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we strive to improve the sewer service in your area.

If you have questions or concerns, please call the City of Monroe Operations Center at 704-282-4601, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

🚧 Traffic Detours Due to Railroad Maintenance

Multiple railroad crossings in Monroe will be closed starting mid-April for routine maintenance to replace railroad ties.

In 2020 this page will be dedicated on shining a light on SIX years of investigating on River Chase HOA board members. The person’s involved, Their enablers and reasonableness for their gain. Sharing over One Thousand working hours, over 600 documents, With time line. Will have attorneys input and oversite. North Carolina doesn't have a HOA oversite, police we can go to. So this responsibility falls upon us as River Chase community Homeowners. As well as looking after our community and having some fun, we understand for some, this at times will seem very ugly, attacking and discrediting. Please remember what we will be bringing out, WAS none of our doing. We will simply be shinning a light on it, so at times you may want to look away.

We are so fortunate at this time to have a platform as this to bring attention to such self serving and just bad activity that is our River Chase Board members.

Now its the Homeowners turn, so join in. It’s a fight they can not win. God Bless!
